Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Online Order Filling associate at Walmart Supercenter #1399 in Bedford, VA. This part-time position covers mid-shift and closing hours, focused on filling and dispensing online orders, locating, preparing and packaging merchandise with careful accuracy for pickup.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
