Rasmussen University is seeking an Online Adjunct Instructor for the Professional Identity of the Nurse Leader course. The role focuses on competency-based education, facilitating modules, grading, and guiding students through self-paced content and live sessions to support mastery and professional growth.

Reporting to an Academic Dean, the instructor collaborates on curriculum, delivers engaging online instruction, and helps students apply leadership and evidence-based practices in nursing.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing or related field.
• Ability to work online with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and grade course modules in a competency-based framework.
• Conduct live sessions and provide guidance during open office hours.
• Develop and implement assessments using rubrics and feedback.
