Job summary

Nightingale College is seeking an Assistant Professor I, NCLEX, to coach and guide PN, ASN, and BSN learners through NCLEX preparation in a fully remote role across the United States. You will identify knowledge gaps, build personalized learning plans, and bring data-informed coaching to support learner success in alignment with Nightingale's mission.

The role emphasizes innovative teaching methods, learner-centered coaching, and collaboration with faculty to ensure NCLEX readiness and success

Qualifications

• MSN required for role.
• Availability and commitment to serve across all three academic semesters each calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Support and prepare assigned learners to achieve NCLEX success through meaningful interactions and customized learning plans.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain open communication including grading and attendance tracking for activities.
• Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments.
• Complete initial and final evaluations and make recommendations for transcript clearance.
• Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, participate in committees, and contribute to shared decision-making.
• Participate in implementation of functional projects as they arise.
• Maintain certification records as required by accreditation, facility, or state board standards.
