Qualifications
- PhD or DNP preferred; terminal degree with strong clinical/academic background considered.
- Minimum two years of online teaching experience at graduate level.
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state; PA eligibility for RN/APRN licensure and national certification preferred.
- Experience teaching in NP and DNP course areas is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Teach online Graduate Nursing courses in NP and DNP programs.
- Demonstrate practice-based understanding in course areas and specialties listed.
- Engage students in active learning to meet course and program outcomes.
- Utilize LMS platforms (D2L/Brightspace) to deliver content and assess learning.
