Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking online K–12 teachers for its Virtual Preparatory Academy of Missouri at Atlanta. You will serve as the teacher of record, delivering live lessons and completing LMS course setup while monitoring student progress and maintaining family communication.

The role requires a Missouri teaching license, knowledge of state standards, and the ability to differentiate instruction. Occasional travel for state testing and events is expected to support student success.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri State teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of state standards and Common Core standards.
• Experience teaching preferred (2+ years).
• Strong communication skills and ability to differentiate instruction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as teacher of record in core content areas for multiple grades.
• Deliver live lessons via web conference based on student needs.
• Complete course setup in the LMS for each course.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback daily.
• Maintain regular contact with each student and families.
• Collaborate with Principal on progress reports.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Incorporate 21st-century technology into daily lessons.
• Travel for face-to-face testing and events as required.
