Qualifications

• Faculty teaching graduate/post-baccalaureate coursework.
• Experience in healthcare administration education.
• Demonstrated potential for research activity.

Responsibilities

• Instruct one or more MHA courses per academic year (2–3 for adjunct).
• Design and deliver high-quality online or hybrid instruction with assessments and feedback.
• Maintain virtual office hours and respond to student inquiries promptly.
• Monitor engagement and performance and refer to program support as needed.
• Collaborate with division director to keep content current and aligned with outcomes.
• Participate in faculty orientation and uphold academic integrity policies.
• Mentor students on applied projects and professional development.
