Responsibilities

• Teach MMFT courses online in asynchronous, synchronous, or combined formats.
• Align course content with syllabi, outcomes, policies, and COAMFTE standards.
• Integrate systemic theory, ethics, research, and cultural responsiveness into instruction.
• Provide timely, developmentally appropriate feedback to students.
• Maintain FERPA, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in online settings.
