Job summary

William & Mary is recruiting an Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) to manage one or more online MBA course sections in a flexible, remote capacity. The role involves posting announcements, guiding discussions, and providing timely feedback to adult learners while maintaining high teaching standards.

Under the supervision of the Faculty Lead, you will conduct weekly office hours, monitor student progress, and ensure timely grading in accordance with program policies.

Responsibilities

• Post course announcements weekly and engage in discussion boards.
• Offer weekly office hours and timely feedback on student work.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours and monitor progress.
• Grade assignments/exams per rubrics and submit final grades on schedule.
• Meet weekly with Faculty Lead and participate in debriefings as applicable.
• Dedicate 15–20 hours per week to course duties.
