Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Virtual Mat Pilates Instructor to lead online 45-minute classes from your home. The role is part-time with Thursdays 2:00–2:45 PM currently, and potential adjustments based on instructor availability and participant needs. The candidate should have Pilates certification, CPR/AED/First Aid, 2+ years of group-exercise experience, and be able to use onboarding/timecard systems. Compensation: $50–$55 per class.

Qualifications

• Mat Pilates Instructor certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging 45‑minute Mat Pilates classes online.
• Inspire participants to build core strength and flexibility.
• Provide safe, effective Pilates instruction to members and guests.
