Placements24 is seeking native English-speaking ESL tutors to join our fully remote team. You will teach online to a diverse international student base, focusing on speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Flexible schedule and part-time hours support work-life balance.

You'll use our proprietary platform, deliver engaging lessons, provide feedback, track progress, and adapt to learners' levels. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed from home.

Qualificações

• Native English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree required; TESOL/TEFL or related fields preferred.
• A TEFL/TESOL certification is desirable.
• Experience teaching ESL online or in-class.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills.
• Familiar with Zoom/Skype and digital whiteboards.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.
• Flexible availability including evenings/weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

• Create a positive, encouraging, and immersive learning environment.
• Track student progress and provide regular updates on their development.
• Prepare students for language proficiency tests if required.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism for all scheduled classes.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English.
• A Bachelor's degree in any field is required; a degree in TESOL, TEFL, Linguistics, English, or Education is a plus.
• A recognized TEFL/TESOL certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience teaching ESL online or in a classroom setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and digital whiteboards.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
