Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)


• 3+ years in SOC or information security operations roles with hands-on incident response experience


• Strong experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or ArcSight


• Deep understanding of network protocols, intrusion detection, and firewall configuration


• Skilled at identifying malware behavior, phishing attempts, and unusual network activity


• Familiarity with regulatory standards and security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or MITRE ATT&CK


• Proven ability to write concise, insightful reports and communicate findings to diverse audiences

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience managing security within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)


• Understanding of modern IAM practices including MFA, SSO, and RBAC


• Ability to design and manage dashboards, alerts, and metrics for executive review
