Job summary

LanguageBird is seeking passionate Hindi language instructors for the 2026-27 school year. This remote online position welcomes instructors from any country who are student-centered and tech-savvy, with a focus on engaging, project-based learning in middle school and high school Hindi levels 1-6+.

Teach one-on-one online lessons via Microsoft Teams, provide timely feedback, monitor progress, and maintain accurate grades.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience teaching Hindi (online and/or in a school setting).
• Native-like proficiency in Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

This is a remote online position. Hindi Instructors residing in any country are invited to apply.

We are a premier, accredited online language school seeking passionate Hindi language instructors to join our team for the 2026-27 school year.

We offer Middle School and High School Hindi Levels 1-6+, as well as tutoring, conversational , and test-preparation courses. Our curriculum is ACTFL-aligned, and we are textbook-free.

Rather than relying on traditional textbooks, we use ACTFL Can-Do Statements and real-world communication contexts to guide instruction. Our courses emphasize Project-Based Learning, meaningful communication, and authentic language use. We do not assess students through traditional assessments. Instead, instructors facilitate engaging learning experiences using a variety of digital tools and authentic resources and evaluate student growth through projects, participation, and performance-based assessments.

While we provide syllabi and some , instructional guidance and resources , instructors are encouraged to bring creativity, professional expertise, and instructional flexibility to their lessons to meet the unique needs of each learner.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience teaching Hindi (online and/or in a school setting).
• Native-like proficiency in Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with middle school and/or high school students preferred.
• Familiarity with educational technology and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Evening availability in U.S. time zones (PST preferred).
