While instruction is virtual, travel for in-person state testing and events is required several times per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher in the appropriate state content area.
• Knowledge of state standards and common core standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook.
• Experience delivering instruction with culturally responsive practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the teacher of record for core content areas and grades.
• Deliver live lessons via web conferences based on student needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and grades.
• Maintain regular contact with each student and families.
• Collaborate with the Principal to prepare progress reports.
