Responsibilities

• Provides rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
• Personalizes learning to meet each student's needs.
• Differentiates instruction by student mastery levels.
• Maintains gradebook and communicates progress to families and admins.
• Prepares students for high-stakes standardized tests.
• Maintains positive rapport with families and learning coaches.
• Supports coaches with curricular/tech issues in a virtual classroom.
• Travels for PD and assessments approximately 20% of the time.
