Hy-Vee is hiring an Aisles Online Shopper to accurately select groceries for online orders, from produce to pantry staples, ensuring top quality and proper temperature control. You will assist customers, bag items, and facilitate smooth pickup while working in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to assist customers.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with needs throughout the store.
• Accurately select groceries online with focus on quality and freshness.
• Scan and bag items from all temperature zones while maintaining temperature.
• Prepare orders for storage and pickup, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Operate POS and process payments, including substitutions when needed.
• Coordinate with store staff to maintain smooth online shopping operations.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and department guidelines.
