Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete order selection, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
3. Scan, bag, and follow standards during order assembly.
4. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
5. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
6. Follow all safety, food, and company policies.
7. Accurately retrieve and load customer orders, ensuring correctness.
8. Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty.
9. Operate POS systems and handle substitutions appropriately.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
13. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
14. Support customers with special needs and minors.
15. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
