Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate via portable phone professionally and promptly.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Load orders into customers' cars accurately.
• Provide positive customer service experiences.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Handle substitutions for out-of-stock items appropriately.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications
