The University of Denver's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks adjunct faculty to teach online graduate courses in the Systems Engineering program. Qualifications

• Master's degree required with graduate-level teaching experience.
• Background in Systems engineering or related subjects.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Successful teaching/facilitation experience with graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Teach online once or twice a week.
• Design or adapt a course with learning outcomes, materials, and calendar.
• Create and Maintain LSM/Course Canvas Container.
• Assign papers, exams and other deliverables as appropriate.
• Grade in a timely manner.
• Participate in recruiting and informational events as needed.
• Work with students and others to guarantee the best possible student experience.
• Provide clear value and concise directions for students.
• If requested, meet with students over Zoom or other remote platform to discuss grades, assignments and/or project status.
• Support enrollment activities as needed.
