EF Teach Online, a division of EF Education First, is seeking qualified Finnish instructors to teach online to corporate students worldwide starting September 2026. You will set your own schedule and work as an independent contractor, using our digital platform and teaching materials.

Requirements include fluent Finnish (C2), Bachelor’s degree, at least 120 hours of Finnish teaching qualification, and prior teaching experience, ideally in a corporate setting.

Want to teach online Finnish courses to corporate students from all around the world, starting from September, 2026?

With our flexible scheduling, you can teach adult students at a time that suits you.

We will make sure that you have the necessary tools and materials to help you be the best teacher you can be.

You need to meet the following requirements to start:

• Fully fluent Finnish speaker (C2 equivalent).
• Currently able to work as an independent contractor (freelance).
• Bachelor’s degree. You should have a completed bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 120 hours Finnish language teaching qualification.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
