About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Online English Tutor to join their expanding digital education platform. This remote role focuses on providing personalized English language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will create engaging virtual learning experiences, helping students improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills. The ideal candidate is adept at utilizing online tools and platforms to facilitate effective remote learning, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality education accessible from anywhere, including for students in or near Welkom .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group online English tutoring sessions.
• Develop tailored lesson plans and activities to meet individual student learning goals and improve their proficiency in reading , writing , speaking, and listening.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and progress.
• Utilize interactive online tools and resources to create an engaging and effective virtual learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of sessions and achievements.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding learning plans and progress.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language (TESL/TEFL/CELTA certification is a plus).
• Proven ability to deliver engaging online instruction using various digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching.
