Job summary

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions (ICS) seeks an Education Technician/Instructor to support the CADP for the Air Force leadership and management track. You will advise students, update degree plans, and coordinate with AU Registrar and AFVEC systems to ensure timely progress.

The role requires online teaching experience, familiarity with LMS platforms, and ability to guide students through cadp requirements, transfer credits, and exams. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as an instructor in online university level education.
Must have at least one year experience using LMS (Blackboard, Canvas or similar).
Must have at least one year experience using live teaching on Microsoft Teams or other collaboration platform.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have at least two years of experience in an academic setting providing advising or counseling.

Responsibilities

Create and execute education support project plans, following a project delivery approach for work.
Provide academic advising to students within the CADP.
Assist students to complete and/or update advising sheets based on established courses and requirements.
Identify students missing advising sheets and help complete them.
Update student records in AU/CADP systems and AFVEC as appropriate.
Track progress toward CADP degree requirements and graduation dates.
