Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to area of instruction.
• Candidate must meet both Anatomy and Physiology and Biology discipline standards.
• Possesses an earned master’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution in a biological science, OR 18 graduate semester hours in biology-related courses if degree is in another field.
• Implement inclusive practices that reflect the diverse backgrounds of students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Use available technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Supplement and alter lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and other requirements.
• Engage with students proactively in meaningful and productive ways.
