Caring Transitions of Delray Beach West & Boynton Beach is seeking an Online Auction Specialist. Part-time with 15–30 hours, you’ll craft listings for CTBIDS.com, research item histories, and photograph belongings to help seniors transition with dignity and care.

You’ll join a supportive team, handling possessions from homes and creating respectful, engaging stories that attract buyers while avoiding heavy lifting at moves. This role grows toward full-time as the business scales.

Competenze

• Experience selling items through online auction platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Estate sales sites, eBay).
• Caring attitude and a genuine desire to help seniors and families.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
• Reliability, integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, sometimes cluttered environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, climb, stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone.
• Must pass a background check.

Mansioni

• Sort and organize homes into categories: sell, donate, dispose or move.
• Craft engaging listings with accurate, compelling descriptions.
• Capture items with photography showcasing their appeal.
• Research history and value of antiques, collectibles, and everyday items.
• Support seniors on-site and identify items for sale.
• Assist with packing and resettling, 2–3 days monthly, no heavy lifting.
• Collaborate with team to maintain compassion and professionalism.
