Language Trainers is seeking an online Armenian language tutor for a client in New York. This freelance, part-time role offers one-to-one sessions, 33 hours total, conducted via Google Meet, with flexible scheduling and immediate start.

The ideal candidate is a native Armenian speaker with teaching experience and a valid work permit, capable of delivering beginner-level instruction to a 25–34-year-old student.

Qualifications

• Be a native Armenian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one Armenian language tutoring online.
• Deliver 33 one-hour sessions via Google Meet.
• Adapt lessons to beginner level and client goals.
• Coordinate scheduling on Mondays and Wednesdays (8–9pm EDT).

Position Details

We are currently looking for an online Armenian language tutor for one of our clients in New York (US EDT)

• Total Hours : 33 (thirty-three)
• Session length : one-hour (total of 33 x 1-hour sessions )
• App : Google Meet
• Student: 25-34 y/o gentleman
• Current language level : Beginner
• Schedule : ideally on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 to 9pm EDT (US Eastern time)
• Start Date : as soon as possible
• Motivation : "want to speak with my girlfriend and her family in Armenian. Eastern Armenian dialect preferred."
