• Course Delivery and Instruction: deliver graduate courses online with syllabi, set up Blackboard course shells.
• Student Support and Engagement: foster an inclusive online environment and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assessment and Evaluation: design and grade assessments and track progress.
• Curriculum Development: collaborate to update course materials and assessments.
• Collaboration and Communication: interact with program directors and staff; participate in reviews.
• Serve on Doctoral Project Committees and assist recruitment efforts.
