Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a OneStream Solution Architect to deliver advisory and implementation services for the OneStream Practice. You’ll work with clients to understand needs and design, build, and deploy OneStream solutions across organizations.

You’ll join a Transformation team and help clients move toward their vision, with travel up to 40% and a hybrid work model requiring in-person collaboration at client sites and GT offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing OneStream Applications.
• Exposure or training on OneStream Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of OneStream Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%
• The base salary range for this position is between $169,280 and $226,412. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. At Grant Thornton, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
• Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Participate in full life cycle implementations
• Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
• Other duties as assigned
