Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Transformation team is seeking an OneStream Senior Consultant to lead enterprise performance management design and deployment for client engagements. You will gather requirements, configure planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting within OneStream, and ensure successful deployment across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams, manage deadlines, and uphold high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams.
• Experience with OneStream architecture, configuration, and deployment across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or analytics use cases.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Work you'll do

As an OneStream Senior Consultant, on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading OneStream Enterprise Performance Management solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for client engagements

• Gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into OneStream solution designs

• Configuring planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes within OneStream applications

• Supporting data validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across implementation workstreams

• Experience in professional services or management consulting

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
