Qualifications

Overview

LaSalle Network is hiring a OneStream Application Specialist to join our client’s Corporate Applications team. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for the company’s OneStream environment—ensuring its stability, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll be the bridge between technical teams, business leaders, and vendors, helping translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for OneStream functionality, processes, and enhancements
• Analyze data, develop source-to-target mapping, and perform data profiling and mining
• Design and implement system improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with technical teams, offshore resources, and key stakeholders
• Define project scope, strategy, and priorities, providing alternative solution recommendations
• Ensure OneStream compliance with IT policies, security frameworks, and SOC report requirements
• Maintain application documentation and update SharePoint microsites with critical information
• Liaise between business units and IT to ensure project milestones are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with financial and business applications, specifically OneStream
• Proficiency in OneStream business rules, stored procedures, and custom module development (VB.net/.NET/C#)
• Hands-on experience with SaaS solution implementation and vendor coordination
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (AP, AR, budgeting, forecasting)
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Strong PC skills with MS Office, especially Excel and Project
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365 F&O, Planview, and SharePoint
• Strong SQL query skills
• Project management certification a plus
