Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring every guest’s stay is spotless. You’ll lead a hardworking team, run daily operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away, setting the standard for clean, comfortable spaces.

You'll oversee inspections, train Room Attendants, manage safety and security (key control and access to sensitive areas), and uphold sanitation and guest-ready cleanliness across all facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Team Captain: Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and a positive vibe.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to secure areas safely.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set high sanitation and cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.

You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
