Job summary

Sheppard Pratt School in Glyndon is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional educator to join our K-12 program on a Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm schedule. In this in-person role you will support the teacher and provide 1:1 assistance to students, helping advance IEP goals and document progress.

You will deliver educational and adaptive behavior support, implement behavior interventions, and have opportunities to lead classroom activities as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Paraprofessional educator with ability to support teacher and work with a student on a 1:1 basis.
• Document student progress and support IEP goals.
• Provide educational and adaptive behavior support and implement behavior interventions.
• Opportunities to lead classroom activities within a collaborative team.
