Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ seeks a part-time One to One Observer to provide constant one-to-one patient observation, ensure a safe environment, and support the healthcare team and family as needed. This role is based at Mount Holly location: 175 Madison Avenue, on-site only.

The position requires strong communication skills and ethics, with responsibilities including identifying changes in patient status, communicating them to the RN, and assisting in team orientation.

Summary:

The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. He/She will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). They will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.

Hourly Rate:

$18.00 - $21.33 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
