Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-to-one support to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. Responsibilities include hands-on personal care, companionship, and participation in community activities.

Assignments vary by individual; you may assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, routines, and safety. Training and onboarding are provided; background checks are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Patient, respectful, and attentive to health and safety.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and report concerns promptly.
• Willingness to complete background checks, onboarding, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, meals, and other ADLs as required.
• Provide mobility, transfer, and safety support within trained scope.
• Offer companionship and help participation in community activities.
• Encourage independence and support individual to do as much as possible.
• Follow care plans, behavioral and safety instructions, and document activities.
