SiSTEM in Sugar Land, Texas is looking for experienced reading and writing tutors to work one-on-one with K–12 students. Tutors will help improve reading fluency, comprehension, and writing mechanics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience.
• Deep expertise in reading and writing levels.
• Experience with motivated students in honors or test prep settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one reading and writing instruction.
• Help students develop comprehension and critical thinking.
• Align sessions with each student's academic roadmap.

Skills
