Caregivers perform personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, aligning with each client’s care plan. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Background screening completed.
• TB screening (recent).
• CPR certification.
• HIV/AIDS & Alzheimer's training.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Experience caring for seniors.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional and dependable attitude.
• Comfort with pets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfer and mobility assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping related to the client.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Help with errands or appointments per care plan.
• Communicate clearly with the office about changes or issues.
