Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR certification or willingness to earn within 30 days.
• Genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client.

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer clients and assist with bathing/grooming.
• Change linens and keep areas clean and safe.
• Provide medication reminders and record basic observations.
• Engage clients in activities to keep them alert and active.
• Document care notes and share changes with the RN.
