Job summary

A supportive care provider in Matthews, NC is seeking dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring safety and well-being. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Dream Center.
