Brookdale at Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for one-on-one in-home care to seniors. Positions available include full-time, part-time and PRN with opportunities for same-day interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant program completed or in progress.
• Six months of home-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in their homes as per plan of care.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Promote client safety and maintain a clean, comfortable home.
• Document care provided and changes in client status.
• Communicate with agency leader and scheduling team.
