aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team and provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. No prior experience required, and positions start part-time with flexible hours suitable for students.

You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, collect data, and support families in fostering independence and positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
