• Coordinate application testing, troubleshoot provisioning and access issues, and resolve integration problems.
• Work with application, security, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate production implementation and ensure applications meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Maintain appropriate documentation around access models, workflows, testing, and production implementation.
