• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.

• Perform full shower installation and conversion projects from start to finish within a single day.
• Remove existing shower or tub units and prepare surfaces for new installation.
• Install acrylic wall systems, bases, doors, and fixtures with precision and care.
• Ensure all plumbing connections and waterproofing measures meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site throughout the project.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after installation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Subcontractor and W2 positions available.
