Prime NuFace Home Improvements in Berlin, CT, is seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to deliver high-quality bath and shower installations for residential projects in Berlin and surrounding areas.

You will handle complete remodeling tasks, use carpentry and construction skills, maintain clean work areas, and educate homeowners on care of their new baths. This role offers steady, year-round work with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, or bathroom installation experience.
• Strong measuring and layout skills and ability to read a tape measure and level.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic plumbing experience is a plus and proficiency with construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete bath and shower remodeling projects, often in as little as one day.
• Utilize carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills to ensure quality installations.
• Follow company installation standards and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while respecting customer property.
• Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their new bath systems.
• Complete required paperwork and installation photos.
• Maintain installation vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
