Qualifikationen
- Graduate of ACPE-accredited Pharmacy School or pending accreditation, PGY1 + PGY2 residencies or 5 years as a clinical pharmacist.
- Current CA Pharmacist License.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 3 years in investigational drug services and 2 years in oncology preferred.
