Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Oncology Clinical Researcher to bring real-world trial expertise into AI training for cancer research tools. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires deep oncology knowledge and meticulous regulatory awareness.

You will design and evaluate trial protocols, analyze data, and translate outcomes into regulatory-ready scientific reports, while working asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience designing oncology trials from protocol development through data readout.
• Strong background in oncology data analysis including endpoints, safety reporting, and biomarker interpretation.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA submission standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to critique AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver structured written feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial protocols, assessing study design, patient enrollment criteria, and regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Analyze cancer trial data, including safety profiles, efficacy endpoints, and biomarker results.
• Translate trial outcomes into regulatory and scientific reporting frameworks aligned with FDA/EMA submission standards.
• Review and critique AI-generated oncology insights for clinical accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI models reason about cancer data.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
