Job summary

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Oncology Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in New Brunswick, NJ (08901). This inpatient role features nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and onsite coverage at a state-of-the-art cancer center.

Candidates must hold an active New Jersey RN license or Compact license, BLS, and ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider card, with at least 1 year of oncology experience. EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license at submission
• BLS certification required
• 1 year of Oncology experience with chemotherapy administration
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor chemotherapy including continuous infusion and IV push on a Medical/Surgical Oncology unit
• Perform body fluid handling post-chemotherapy and manage cytotoxic spills per safety protocols
• Recognize and manage chemotherapy-related side effects and oncologic emergencies including anaphylaxis and sepsis
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC
• Float within skillset as needed, including to the connected main campus
• Provide on-call or work coverage for holidays based on unit need
