Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years ICU/Oncology/Surgical unit experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• CCR N, OCN, or BMTNC certification encouraged.
• Commitment to professional growth, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, ICU setting, primarily within an Oncology/Surgical ICU. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting family-centered care. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, participating in quality improvement activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, advanced practice nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• Experience in ICU, Oncology, or surgical units is desirable but not required; 2+ years of experience is preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

• Certification in CCRN, OCN, or BMTNC is encouraged
