Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Nampa Medical Oncology Clinic. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with licensed providers while promoting a compassionate patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have oncology experience, excellent communication, and the ability to triage and educate patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Idaho RN license with multi-state eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from ACEN/CCNE accredited program.
• RN license in Idaho (active) and multi-state license with residency requirements.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient symptoms and treatment concerns.
• Coordinate care with providers and infusion staff for timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families on medications, plans, and follow-up.
