Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans to the healthcare team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing medical histories and patient needs.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates patient care against standards and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains safe care environment and proper storage of medications and supplies.
