Jupiter Medical Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care within nursing services for an assigned group of patients.

The RN will plan, direct, and evaluate care, perform initial and ongoing assessments, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain compliance with standards while supporting JMC's mission.

Experience in oncology is preferred; current FL RN license and BLS are required; the role emphasizes education for peers, patients, and families.

Qualificações

• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• RN acts as an educator to peers, patients, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned patient group.
• Provide holistic assessment to develop a standard of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Follow established nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform initial assessments to set baselines for individualized care.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet changing patient needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain necessary supplies; operate equipment as needed.
