Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and accredited nursing program completion.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience; PCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families, document learning needs, and empower informed decisions.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies; ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with nurses and multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
