Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract RN with oncology specialization for the San Antonio area. The role supports Med-Surg/Oncology units, performing chemotherapy administration, central line care, lab draws and transfusions. Requires 5+ years of oncology experience and CHEMO/BLS certification.

The position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts (7P–7A). Hospital assignment includes rotating weekends and no call, with contract length around 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and CHEMO Cert.
• At least 5+ years of experience.
• Med-Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Experience with Mediports/PICCs/Central lines.

Responsibilities

• Chemotherapy administration.
• CHG baths, central lines and dressings.
• Central line, mediport access and lab draws.
• Blood product transfusions.
• Chemo administration procedures.
